Bijan helped me find a condo in San Francisco in the $500,000 range. He worked hard in a very difficult market to find the place for us. It took many weeks of looking at various condos before we were able to find the right one for us. He negotiated a very fair price for us and did the little extras afterwards like changing the lock and making multiple sets of keys to making sure the washer and dryer stayed with the property. I could not recommend Bijan enough.

I recently relocated to the Bay Area due to a new job and was introduced to Mr. Bijan Amini of Quest Real Estate through a good friend. I had to find an apartment within one week and had tried numerous sources, including Craigslist and other websites, but couldn't find a place to my liking (new or newly renovated 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment with washer/dryer, no steps within the home, close to my job, and reasonable price). Miraculously, not only did Bijan find me an apartment with the exact specifications, but it superseded all of my expectations! 

A few words about Bijan. Even though I recently met him last month, he quickly impressed me as a true and honest professional with vast experience and knowledge of the real state market in the Bay Area. He is also very friendly and full of helpful advice and guidance, which I truly appreciated since I am new to the area. In the next six months or so I will also be looking to buy a new home and Bijan will be my exclusive agent.

Best property management company I've ever dealt with as a tenant. Very upfront about everything, clear, communicative, and willing to work with tenants to achieve solutions. Property was always kept in great condition and any issues were promptly resolved (things like a water heater breaking were quickly fixed). 

When it came time for me to move out, Pedram came by and walked me through how to move out to make sure I got my full security deposit back, which I did.

The Title Company that he recommended was easy to work with, pleasant, and very good also. I think he is the best!
